Join our adventure at Ubisoft and help create the unknown! As a member of the Administrative Department at our International Headquarters in Carentoir, you will be part of the Consolidation team. Your role will involve contributing to the production and analysis of the Group's consolidated financial statements.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Contributing to and animating the processes of elaboration and review of the consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis
- Ensuring preparatory work: setting up and following procedures, determining the scope, applying new accounting standards
- Auditing and verifying the monthly reporting of subsidiaries within the Group
- Participating in documenting analyses, controls, and improving tools and procedures in place
- Participating in operational transformation projects within the Group
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Confirmed experience in either an audit firm or within a Financial Department
- A good understanding of consolidation rules and IFRS standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
The recruitment process will consist of three stages:
- A 30-minute telephone exchange with a recruiter
- A 60-minute interview with the manager of the position and a recruiter
- A 60-minute interview with the Consolidation & Tax Director and the Administration Director Worldwide
