Description
As a Photo Video Manager - MMC, you will be responsible for achieving photo, Platinum, video, and retail gross planned targets for total contract. You will also control expenses to stay within margin goals for each photo, retail, and video division's plan for total contract.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering effective coaching to ensure that all staff achieve image count and sales targets consistently on every voyage.
- Developing fair and objective staff goals based on individual rank and levels to achieve planned revenue by voyage.
- Completing timely and accurate end-of-cruise reports with detailed and qualitative comments.
- Participating in all Onboard Revenue meetings and collaborating with the Customer Services Director to identify revenue/service opportunities and risks.
- Meeting with Assistant Managers and staff regularly to identify personal development and career advancement opportunities.
- Providing immediate, and appropriate feedback to Assistant Managers to reinforce effective management practices.
- Providing constructive, consistent coaching to staff, including Performance Improvement Plans when required.
You will also be responsible for ensuring Photo product quality standards are always met, testing new products, services, and/or marketing as directed by the corporate office, and maintaining enough stock and promptly and accurately investigating variances.
In addition, you will perform all duties in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, Fleet Regulations, and other internal, external regulations as directed.
You will demonstrate commitment to the Company goals and initiatives, consistently upholding our values and safety philosophy, and acting as a Company representative and portraying a positive image of Princess Cruises to all passengers, officers, and crew.
