This is a senior individual contributor role that will lead a cross-functional project team to drive meaningful impact on our business. You will:
- Own the product strategy & roadmap for one or more of our focus areas, setting and delivering against metrics & KPIs aligned with company goals
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals through strong analytics, direct observation, and collecting stakeholder feedback
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage technology to accelerate future growth and improve customer outcomes
- Build deep relationships with stakeholders beyond the Product team to develop cross-functional solutions to critical company challenges
- Drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives aligned to strategic priorities

- Have strong data analytics skills (comfortable with SQL, Looker or other BI platform); able to ask the right question and determine the key takeaway with messy or incomplete information
- Are excited about leveraging generative AI to solve human behavior problems and enjoy spending your time learning about new technologies and applications
- Have strong written and verbal communication; comfortable clearly explaining product decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes to executive audience in a written memo
- Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence when working with wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to, clients, care pros, and cross-functional teams
We're looking for you to bring:
- Technical degree (engineering, economics, etc) or experience in a technical organization
- 10+ years experience in product management
- Experience working on a product to support a complex operational function or having direct operations experience, including rolling out large-scale operational & process changes in conjunction with product releases (and love this type of problem)
- Experience at a fast-growing, scrappy company
Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training. Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program.
