Quality Engineer

The Adler Pelzer Group is seeking a Quality Engineer for its Desio site. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and control procedures for products, materials, and supplies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions using tools such as 8D reports, 4M, 5W+1H, etc.
• Managing disputes with clients and communicating the corrective actions taken.
• Supporting new projects by applying the APQP methodology, coordinating the writing of PFMEA.
• Writing and updating Control Plans and inspection cycles.
• Managing relationships with certifying bodies or client inspectors.
• Analyzing data and making decisions.
• Conducting periodic process/product audits.

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Quality role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• A minimum level of B1/B2 in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of core tools (FMEA, APQP) and CSR.
• Flexibility, analytical skills, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
