At Bayer, we're launching a dynamic Institutional & Specialty Sales team to bring Asundexian, a next-generation stroke prevention therapy, to market. As an Institutional & Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant, you will drive clinical demand, education, and sales by communicating the value of Asundexian in stroke prevention. You will lead formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems, build strategic relationships with priority institutions, and develop territory business plans based on local market insights.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to meet customer credentialing and safety requirements. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is also required.
