The Consulting & Systems Integrator (C&SI) team at Databricks accelerates growth by building and managing relationships with leading data technology services companies.
As our Global Accenture Lead, you will drive a high-performing partnership focused on strategic go-to-market motions with the Accenture Databricks Business Group (ADBG) to accelerate the business and manage a global team.
You will lead this global partnership and implement a cohesive strategy to grow an iconic partnership focused on expanding mindshare, growing revenue, scaling the newly formed ADBG, and driving joint innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of global alliance professionals
- Expanding and developing a partnership focused on delivering predictable and recurring growth within a mutually defined plan
- Engaging the C-Suite at Accenture to build out the Global Strategy and Business Plan
- Accelerating Databricks' and the partner's adoption within new opportunities and use case expansion
- Developing a training strategy resulting in practice growth and knowledge expansion
- Securing investment and establishing programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to-market plans
- Launching go-to-market events and mindshare activities that promote joint customer adoption and new logos
- Creating and fostering executive-level relationships at all levels within the partnership
- Creating a mutually structured plan and tracking key metrics that address the needs of partners and key team members across sales, customer success, training, marketing, and product.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in securing and supporting partnerships at a global scale
- Track record of success managing a Global Team
- In-depth understanding of alliance/partner organisation, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offering, and joint value proposition
- Experience launching/driving results with an Accenture Business Group
- Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and analytics space
- Global SI partner management experience spanning AMER, EMEA & APAC
- Experience working and building unique channel relationships and complex contract negotiations
- Experience driving results in a hyper-growth, multi-billion-dollar enterprise organisation.
The pay range for this role is $260,000-$357,425 USD.
