Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with physical therapy treatments. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $26-$33 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a physical therapist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• Current licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of Indiana
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
