The primary accomplishment will be the seamless orchestration of commercial service traffic. You will act as the link between our clients and our technical experts, utilizing your CRM expertise and data entry precision to ensure every request is captured with unprecedented accuracy. By preemptively gathering machine-related intelligence during your initial outreach, you provide the critical data that allows our engineers to arrive on-site with the solutions already in hand. This role demands a high level of reliability as you synchronise 24/7 support availability and manage the high-volume pulse of our service department. You will elevate the customer journey from a simple inquiry into a premium support experience through proactive, constant communication.
You will be a CRM power-user who views high-volume coordination as a craft to be mastered. You will be ready to help us solidify our position as the industry's most responsive provider. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $47,000.00 and $65,000.00 annually.
