Description
Our Client is seeking a Data Marketing Analyst to join their Incentive Analysis and Validation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining data feeds relevant to calculating agent compensation for over 9,000 insurance agents across the United States. They will also work closely with business leadership to perform cost modeling related to potential changes to agent compensation programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding how to retrieve data from a data warehouse using SQL queries
- Communicating well in both verbal and written English
- Independently driving the completion of assigned projects, including arranging meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Creating and sharing documentation with team members
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business-area data and advanced analytics, as well as experience with Power BI and Excel. They will also be able to provide analytic and operational support for plans to implement user-centered, advanced analytical solutions to strategic business problems.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for researching market and competitive intelligence to drive strategy at Farmers and identifying opportunities for innovation and advanced analytical solutions.
