Logitech is seeking an AI Governance Specialist to develop and implement their global AI Governance program. This role involves ensuring compliance with AI policies, standards, and procedures across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on implementing AI policies, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate on creating and updating AI Governance Standards and Procedures
- Document AI initiatives and conduct risk assessments
- Analyze AI Inventory metrics and report on compliance
- Assist in organising AI Governance documentation
- Collaborate with business, privacy, and legal teams
- Ensure AI projects comply with Logitech's Responsible AI Principles
- Coordinate with privacy operations and Legal teams
- Identify AI Governance best practices
- Contribute to education and training on AI governance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
- Understanding of the European AI Act and AI Governance best practices
- 2 years of experience in a legal, privacy, or compliance role
Preferred skills:
- Experience with emerging technologies like machine learning and AI
- Privacy, Copyright, or Intellectual Property knowledge
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
