Description
Tanium is looking for a Sales Operations Director, Revenue Intelligence to drive strategy, scalability, and efficiency in the Global Sales Organization. This highly visible role supports accelerated growth, requiring the ability to influence across Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
The ideal candidate is an analytical and critical thinker, a proactive problem solver, and a clear communicator. They must be able to work directly with data and share conclusions and narratives with the business. The role involves maintaining strategic alignment with sales and operations leadership, providing value-add business insights, and building programs and efficient processes that drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Tanium’s Revenue Cadence, focusing on forecasting, churn, and pipeline health
- Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and VP, GTM Operations on focus areas and global narrative
- Leverage AI tools like Claude, Clari AI, and emerging platforms to derive actionable insights
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the Clari Platform
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across the Sales Operations team
- Oversee end-of-quarter and end-of-year activities, including publishing sales performance metrics
- Oversee the QBR cycle, including templates, schedules, data, and capture of insights and actions
- Maintain and publish attainment and performance results and reporting
- Create and manage global ad hoc reporting as necessary
- Participate in cross-functional execution of go-to-market strategic fiscal year planning
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
- Collaborate with Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources on sales-related projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in an analytical role in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Claude, Notion, Salesforce, Excel, Clari, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into day-to-day analytical workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives and large groups
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company and partnering directly with leaders at the VP level or above

- Annual base salary range: $165,000 to $253,000
