Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and modalities Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans Administer exercises and modalities as prescribed by the physical therapist Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant studies or related field preferred Current certification as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in the state of Washington Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills
