Description
We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing the clinic, providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes, and exceeding industry standards. You will oversee strategic planning, marketing, and financial and operational management. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing staff, maintaining relationships with medical directors and physicians, and ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy, 5+ years of experience in physical therapy, and a proven track record of exceptional patient care. They will be dedicated to education and training, committed to Team's initiative of making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion a priority, and passionate about patient care.
