Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare candidates for the Account Sales Manager position. You will support sales initiatives, cover routes, and maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format 'off premise' stores.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo training to develop skills in sales, customer service, and brand management.
• You will work with management to maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
• You will expand your knowledge of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products.
• You will build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and set up displays according to Red Bull standards.
• You will establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling.
• You will work with ASMs and DSMs to execute daily plans and meet daily KPIs.
• You will support the team with audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising to drive sales.
• You will perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License
• DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales (a plus)
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage
• Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
