Join our team as an Internal Travel Team - Physical Therapist. You will be responsible for planning, organising and delivering physical therapy programmes to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.
As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct examinations, evaluations and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease. You will utilise tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.
You will document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation, establish therapeutic plans and modify them if necessary. You will educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.
You will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders. You will demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements.
