As a Software Engineer, you will work on an empowered software delivery team responsible for Ford's Rewards Program and Dealer Member Portal. Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, reusable, and testable code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud frameworks
- Collaborating with cross-functional team members, including Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and Engineering Delivery Managers, to design and develop a scalable platform
- Establishing monitoring to ensure application is meeting performance metrics
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
