We are looking for an HR Associate with fluent English to join us in our People First Team in our Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for processing HR-related changes in the HR System, creating documentation and keeping an eye on employee satisfaction. Our customers can reach out to us via phone, chat and the HR Portal, so you will be able to use your English knowledge.
The responsibilities of this role include supporting employees and dependents, managers, HR management, government agencies and applicants. You will accurately complete transactions, understand the customer's questions and issues, advise them in a professional way and handle their queries in a timely manner utilizing HR Contact Center procedures, policy manuals, knowledge management system and other reference materials.
You will create employment-related documents that support the regulations of the country-specific legal environment. You will document all transactions, customer inquiries and their resolutions in the HR Contact Center case management technology application. You will meet and strive to exceed HR Contact Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You will increase HR subject matter knowledge seeking first call resolution, shorten call time and increase data quality. You will escalate customer requests in a timely manner when additional research or analysis is necessary. You will manage control through the transactions audit process.
You will be proactive in handling risks or process gaps that you face and involving the responsible teams to find a solution together. You will initiate and lead process improvement projects to release capacity for the incoming new processes.
This role requires a professional background in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fields. You should have 0-3 years of experience within customer service and/or HR. You should be able to communicate effectively on phone and in email.
You should pay attention to details related to employee questions and data accuracy. You should show flexibility with staff scheduling and time zone differences. You should be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
You should be dedicated to your job, self-driven and independent. You should be analytical, result-oriented and have a structured way of working. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and a precise working method.

We have a hybrid working model with 4 office days required. We work in shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8/9 AM and 5/6 PM.
