FBS Product Owner/Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled FBS Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in managing the team backlog, anticipating and prioritizing needs, overseeing development stages, and evaluating product progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team backlog items and prioritize based on business value
• Outline dependencies and inform stakeholders of the necessary sequence of development to ensure optimized performance and outcomes
• Hold a significant role in quality control and be the primary team member empowered to accept stories as done
• Utilize basic business knowledge and communication skills to anticipate problems, address them accordingly while working cross-functionally in a self-organizing manner to accomplish tasks and effectively manage the backlog
• Act as primary communicator and connection between stakeholders, end-users, and teams to determine if each story meets their shared expectations
• Ensure collaboration from all stakeholders on decisions and strategy, providing clear instructions and deliverables for developers
• Take ownership of each stage of the process and final product to ensure the goal and vision are correctly aligned with the work items on the backlog
• Provide ongoing refinement of the team backlog, coordinate dependencies, and manage the inspection and evaluation of product progress through each iteration
• Participate in PO and/or ART sync meetings, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops

Requirements:

• One year of experience in an Agile environment or 2+ years of experience in a project environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• SAFe Product Owner Certification (obtained within 180 days of hire) required
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Rally)
