As a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in Baltimore, MD, you will build relationships with key customers, understand and recommend Bayer Radiology and Service offerings, and identify opportunities to expand business through new products and increased utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Strategic Business Plan to penetrate top-influencing stakeholders within Radiology and the c-suite level
- Build strategic long-term business partnerships with top-tier accounts
- Manage contract pricing and standardization, monitoring pricing on a regional level
- Meet overall sales objectives for top-tier accounts in the region
- Determine utilization and deployment of experts to support the selling process
- Collaborate with internal groups to ensure delivery of customer lifetime value and success proposition
- Synthesize information to create Business Reviews based on insights and value for customers
- Identify, understand, and leverage healthcare trends in engagement and sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or technical degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- Valid and clean driving record
- Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in strategic planning, medical device/pharma industry, sales leadership, market direction, budgeting, business insights, and coaching & talent development
Benefits:
- Salary between $163,200.00 and $244,800.00
- Bonus or commission (if relevant)
