Description
As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you will learn Red Bull's target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in the region. You will reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and drive visibility of the Red Bull brand. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
Your responsibilities will include being a brand and product ambassador, building and executing a tailored and innovative campus plan, creating a strong network on and around your campus, identifying local collegiate content creators, growing the user base through product sampling, and increasing brand engagement on social media handles.
You will also be a sales expert, building relationships with local sales account managers, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, collaborating with sales to open new distribution points, and leveraging relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts.
Delivering executional excellence and showing love for the details in all areas of your role will be crucial, as well as sharing ideas and collaborating with your team through regular face-to-face and online interaction, planning and reporting your activities in a timely manner, and contributing to business development by providing local insights and trends.
To be successful, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid US driver's license, be enrolled in a university or college, be fluent in English, and be able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
