Member of Legal, Corporate & Commercial Counsel

At Anchorage Digital, we're building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We're looking for an experienced commercial attorney to join our team, responsible for negotiating vendor agreements, navigating financial agreements, and helping build new business lines.

Responsibilities:

• Own vendor contracts and third-party risk management from a legal perspective
• Draft and negotiate commercial, custody, and brokerage/trading contracts
• Work closely with the Third Party Risk Management team on contract management framework
• Drive work independently while leading medium-to-large projects and processes
• Build relationships with sales, product, engineering, operations, and other teams to identify and resolve legal issues

Requirements:

• J.D. degree with a focus on financial services or corporate law
• 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts
• Experience negotiating brokerage or trading-related agreements is a plus
• Demonstrated experience working closely with business and cross-functional teams
• Enthusiasm for crypto and a foundational understanding of the crypto industry and applicable laws/regulations
