We are looking for a Facility Security Officer to join our rapidly growing team in Ashville, OH. The Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for implementing and directing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met at Anduril's Arsenal-1 location.
The candidate will administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, Security Classification Guides, and program guidance. They will provide guidance to employees and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures. The candidate will work with various stakeholders and collaborators, including Program Management, Classified IT, Classified Networks/Mission Assurance, Insider Threat and Counterintelligence, Physical Security, and Legal.
Key responsibilities include acting as security point person for Open Storage Area (OSA) buildout coordination, maintaining and updating the DISS for the entire company, processing requests for changes to DISS, and conducting annual self-inspections. The candidate will also send and receive collateral visit requests, oversee and provide facility badge access, and ensure all assigned personnel meet/maintain the appropriate security clearance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related Security experience, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and current or able to obtain Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification. They will have a strong understanding of Physical Security requirements, including Open Storage Areas, and knowledge of DISS, e-QIP, NISS, and ISFD. The candidate will also have experience creating and conducting initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, pre/post-foreign travel briefings, and refresher briefings.
