Product Operations

We're looking for an operational lead to drive the operating cadence of the Marble team. This is a high-leverage, individual contributor role. You'll own the burndown and risk register across Applied, Product and Platform; chase blockers across senior engineers and researchers; and coordinate the launch readiness of our models & products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building reliable run-of-business systems that scale as World Labs grows
• Driving cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering and Research
• Facilitating roadmap planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs and maintaining transparency across the org
• Supporting Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs that validate product-market fit and surface refinement signals before broad release
• Maintaining cross-team roadmap visibility that keeps GTM, Product, and leadership aligned on what's shipping and why

Requirements include:

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or AI company
• Experience working with AI-native products, ideally in a domain where model quality and output reliability are central to the user experience
• Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs
• Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority

Preferred qualifications include experience working in AI-native organizations/labs, experience working on consumer products or entertainment industries, and ability to build internal tools using AI.
