Security Officers (Casual)

We are seeking Casual Security Officers to support the safe delivery of world-class events at Goodwood's 2026 headline events.

As a Casual Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting one of the UK's most unique estates, working alongside our full-time team to help protect Goodwood House, the Richmond Family, and the Estate's heritage.

Responsibilities include:

• Event security
• Patrols
• Access control
• Incident response
• Supporting busy operational periods throughout the year

Requirements:

• Experience in a security, police, military, or similar operational environment
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (minimum requirement)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and key event periods

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of £16.81 to £20.45 depending on experience
• Training rate of £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday accrual)
