Join Gamma as a founding member of our recruiting team, partnering directly with our brilliant hiring leads to scale our organisation. With a strong in-office culture and a focus on creativity and connection, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for your primary lane (Engineering or Business) and develop a strong understanding of Gamma's roles and priorities. You'll run sharp intakes, build and iterate 0 to 1 hiring structure, source proactively, and keep a tight pulse on funnel health.
