FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV - Java with Angular

Agile Dev Team Members have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing and/or deployment of system functionality. They provide guidance, mentorship and training to direct reporting staff.

The role involves providing technical feasibility using a range of coding methods, ensuring systems are architecturally sound, and of high code and component quality. For those with a testing discipline, it involves defining and executing tests early and often, and ensuring the end product meets business acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expertise in solution design and functionality of business applications
• Reviewing and validating application technical design of team members
• Analyzing and evaluating existing manual and computerized systems/procedures to improve efficiency
• Developing, documenting, executing and maintaining test cases and test data
• Identifying complex errors and conducting root cause analysis
• Participating in key ceremonies to drive execution, improve flow and ensure transparency
• Providing guidance to junior team members
• Actively seeking out development opportunities to further develop T-shaped skills
• Creating an environment where knowledge and best practices are shared
