VeLOCity Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a VeLOCity Maintenance Lead to join our Line Structure Team at our facility in Kruiningen. As a Maintenance Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the 24-hour performance of our production line, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and costs.

The successful candidate will have a strong maintenance background in a production environment and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. You will spend 80% of your time on the shop floor, developing our teams and implementing process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Unified Problem Solving process and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues
• Design, implement, and maintain systems to collect and analyze process data
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance processes for the assigned line
• Contribute to setting up, implementing, and further developing VeLOCity processes and tools

Requirements:

• MBO+ level education or relevant work experience
• Experience in a maintenance department in a production environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong team player with a drive to improve processes and achieve results
