Principal Vehicle Frame Engineer - Fleet-as-a-Service (FaaS) Program

We are seeking a qualified Principal Vehicle Frame Engineer to lead and coordinate vehicle frame design for our Fleet-as-a-Service (FaaS) program.

The successful candidate will oversee engineers, designers, testers, and suppliers to ensure products meet quality, performance, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating vehicle frame design and development
• Setting milestones and ensuring on-time results
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Coordinating with and managing partnerships with other divisions/Honda companies, vendors, and suppliers
• Supporting the team in developing new methodologies and partnerships
• Approving and validating CATIA models and drawings
• Reviewing test results and ensuring adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Automotive or similar STEM field)
• 12+ years of related work experience in automotive or powersports
• Vehicle frame development experience
• Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects and teams
• CATIA 3D experience is highly desired
