We are seeking an experienced and proactive Physical Security Site Lead to join our Security Operations Team. As Anduril continues to expand its presence and operational footprint at our Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) location in McHenry, MS, this critical role will be responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all physical security operations at Anduril's RMS facility.
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all physical security functions for the RMS site, oversee the performance and management of all contracted security guard forces, and act as the lead for day-to-day physical security management of the RMS site. They will also conduct comprehensive, regular physical security assessments of facilities in the Southeastern region, identify potential physical security risks, and develop/implement effective mitigation strategies and enhanced security protocols.
Key responsibilities include:
- Site Leadership: Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all physical security functions for the RMS site.
- Guard Force Management: Oversee the performance and management of all contracted security guard forces.
- Site Security Oversight: Act as the lead for day-to-day physical security management of the RMS site.
- Physical Security Assessments: Conduct comprehensive, regular physical security assessments of facilities in the Southeastern region.
- Risk Mitigation & Strategy Development: Identify potential physical security risks and develop/implement effective mitigation strategies and enhanced security protocols.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3-5 years of progressive experience in physical security management, with a significant portion focused on regional oversight and guard force management.
In addition to the required qualifications, preferred qualifications include previous experience in the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors, familiarity with the unique security landscape and threats within the region, and relevant security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or ASIS International certifications.
