Cleaning Operative - Cover

ABM UK is seeking a hardworking and proactive Cleaning Operative to join their team in Bournemouth.

The role involves cleaning Front of House and Back of House areas, including hoovering, using a Scrubber Dyer, mopping, wiping, kitchen area, toilet cleaning, and ensuring the outside area is free from litter and maintained to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting all surfaces
• Scrubbing kitchen and toilets and offices
• Hoovering and mopping floors and using Floor Scrubber Dryer indoor and outdoor
• Disinfecting all high touch points and ensuring outside is free from Litter
• Detail work i.e. skirtings, sills, fixtures etc.
• Following group and company policies and procedures
• Back of House and Front of House management of areas
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system

Requirements:

• Cleaning experience
• Good attendance
• Timekeeping
• Good Communicational Skills - Use Of radio's is required
• Be available for occasional cover shifts
