FBS Data Scientist (Marketing)

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations, partnering with Capgemini as the Employer of Record. The FBS Data Scientist (Marketing) role involves implementing and optimizing MarTech data flow patterns, designing and maintaining data pipelines, and orchestrating personalized marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize MarTech data flow patterns involving Snowflake, Segment, Braze, and other SaaS platforms
• Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms
• Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies
• Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment
• Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers
• Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment
• Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Python and SQL
• Experience performing data modeling and ETL processes
• Data Orchestration Platforms
• Customer Data Schema Design
• Knowledge in API Integrations and Webhooks
• 2+ years of experience in Segment CDP
• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake
• Experience working in a Marketing environment
