As an Implementation Consultant, Embedded Finance, you will be responsible for leading implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments. You will own end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects and partner with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches. Your expertise will be required to configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex. You will provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed. You will maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority, educating CSMs, VIP Support, and cross-functional teams.
This role will be based in our Salt Lake City office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments

Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations
- Communication: A natural communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, confident guidance for Brex customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Execution: Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment where no two implementations look the same
- Mindset: Energized by ambiguity. You thrive when the product is evolving and the partnership landscape is expanding
Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $105,600 - $132,000 USD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
