Description
We're seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities will include treating patients, addressing questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
You will also supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup. Additionally, you will complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges, maintain productivity expectations, and participate in clinic research studies.
To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant, a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. You should also have passion for patient care and measurable outcomes, as well as strong communication skills.
