Description

As a Team Leaderfew Sales & Account Management - Nordsee, you will lead a high-performing sales and account management team of at least 10 members for the Nordsee region and western German states. You will be responsible for growing our holiday rental portfolio in the region, supporting your sales team in acquiring new hosts, and building long-term relationships with key accounts, DMO partners, and other stakeholders in the region.

Your responsibilities will also include managing the revenue of your region, supporting your account managers in optimizing the existing and constantly growing host portfolio, and coaching and mentoring your sales and account management team to achieve their goals.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Account Management DACH and collaborate functionally with the Product, Operations, and BI teams to strengthen our product, optimize processes, and create best practices, as well as with our DMO team to deliver efficient and successful DMO projects.

You and your team will regularly visit customers and go on road trips in the region.

We are looking for a candidate with a winning personality, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in account management and/or sales with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.

You should have natural leadership qualities, including the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members, as well as a highly analytical and data-driven approach to continuously optimize your team's approach.

A hungry but humble personality that sets ambitious goals and strives to improve themselves is essential.

Experience in recruiting and managing top performers, as well as experience in a rapidly growing e-commerce, technology, and/or travel company, is preferred but not required.

Fluent German and English language skills are required, as well as a driver's license (Class B).
