FBS LMS Administrator

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations with the purpose of building a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

The Learning Operations Team is responsible for the technical support of Farmers learning systems and logistical support for select training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Execute on a plan; schedule and administer learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company-approved tools.
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
• Analyse and evaluate existing systems and procedures; recommend methods of improvement.
• Complete quality control audits and implement any corrective action.
• Communicate and support resolution of any system issues; notify necessary personnel when system failures are identified.
• Be accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry activities.
• Train other users as required.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify any continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems.
• Execute any continuous improvement plans.
• Communicate issues that affect other groups within the University so a comprehensive change plan can be developed.

Organizational Success:

• Alert University leadership of any system issues that affect learners and internal staff, providing alternative solutions for remedy.
• Provide data and information to other groups as necessary.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Assist department head with monitoring and controlling of departmental expenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas.
• Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar.
• Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools.

Nice to Have:

• API Implementation experience.
• Experience working with any Power Platform tool (Copilot Studio, PowerBI, Power Apps).
