  • Coordinating with internal legal, finance, procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of local programs.
  • Managing contracts, statements of work, and related documentation with local agencies and vendors, in partnership with legal and procurement stakeholders.

In addition, the Operations Lead will be responsible for:

  • Managing prize fulfillment operations in compliance with China regulations, including individual income tax requirements, customs processes for imported goods, and annual record keeping.
  • Ensuring program execution complies with relevant local laws, regulations, and platform policies, including data privacy, advertising, and promotional activity requirements.
  • Identifying operational risks in advance and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitoring policy or rule changes across key China platforms such as Bilibili, Douyin, WeChat Mini Programs, and other relevant channels, and adjusting operational processes when needed.

The Operations Lead will also:

  • Support the expansion and integration of online programs into China retail channels to help ensure a consistent consumer experience across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Manage quarterly CRM and retail-related programs across key retail channels, including JD.com, Tmall, Suning, and offline retail partners.
  • Track and report program performance and contribution to business growth, including revenue-related outcomes where applicable.
  • Provide regular updates for internal business reviews and presentation materials to ensure global stakeholders have clear visibility into China program priorities and progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, program management, or related roles, preferably in gaming, esports, consumer marketing, or large-scale event programs.
  • At least 2 years of experience working on China-market programs or in a China-based role.
  • Strong knowledge of China's gaming and esports ecosystem, including key platforms, communities, and consumer behavior.
  • Practical experience with China-specific compliance requirements, including promotional prize tax processes, customs coordination, data privacy requirements, and advertising-related considerations.
  • Experience working with China retail and e-commerce ecosystems such as JD.com, Tmall, WeChat Mini Programs, and offline retail channels.
  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead teams, align stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local teams and global stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with common collaboration and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, WeCom, and Asana.
  • Strong vendor management, contract coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Practical problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and a proactive working style.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global organization and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • Able to support cross-time-zone collaboration and occasional work outside standard office hours during critical project periods.
  • Willingness to travel domestically within China and internationally when required.
  • This role is based in Logitech G's Shanghai office and requires regular on-site collaboration.
