We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a Retail Artist, you will be the heart of our store, empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves through expert artistry skills, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Build solid relationships with team members and management
• Champion world-class artistry and customer experience
• Adapt approach to activities, customers, and opportunities
• Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy (ideally)
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment (ideally)
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and desire to spread the word
