At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We are seeking an Associate Institutional Sales Representative - Global Markets to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving incremental trading volume market share gains for the Global Markets business for crypto native firms such as protocols, VC's and other buy side firms.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all things global markets to multiple client segments, solving their needs quickly by leveraging internal relationships. They will establish sales methodologies and sales operational processes to improve offensive go-to-market posture.
Additionally, they will help inform the targeted go to market strategy including marketing, to business operations and client experience. They will lead client or product specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business and enhance the Anchorage Digital offering.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales, a minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry, and strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance.
They will also have a strong network of institutional clients (all types) and peers active in digital assets industry, enjoy working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, and have excellent communication skills, relationship management, and sales acumen.
