Description
As a Sr. Account Executive, Mid-Market at Dialpad, you'll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You'll work closely with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers to develop medium-sized business prospects into active Dialpad clients.
You'll help businesses solve complex communication problems. Dialpad's Mid-Market sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives, collaborating with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales leadership, and peers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the entire sales process, including converting leads into a workable pipeline
- Building strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to source opportunities
- Managing and closing complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders
- Reviewing key deals, forecasting, and planning your career roadmap
The skills you'll bring:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
- Experience managing and closing strategic deal cycles with multiple business units and stakeholders
- Preferred expertise in SaaS, including UCaaS and/or CCaaS
