Palantir builds the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. As a Software Engineer at Palantir, you'll drive large-scale transformation through data, AI, and world-leading infrastructure that supports mission-critical workloads.

You’ll join our Production Infrastructure organization, working on:

  • Environment Platform: a Kubernetes-based PaaS spanning hundreds of production clusters
  • Apollo: secure, fleet-wide deployment and change-management for complex microservice suites
  • Signals: our full suite of observability and alerting tools

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own every phase of the product lifecycle, from generating ideas to shipping releases
  • Work hand-in-hand with technical and non-technical colleagues to uncover real customer problems and deliver solutions
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and reliability engineers

Technologies We Use:

  • A variety of languages, including Java and Go for backend and Typescript for frontend
  • Open-source technologies like Kubernetes, Cilium, Envoy, Grafana, React, and Redux
  • Industry-standard tooling, including Gradle and GitHub

What We Value:

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse individuals
  • Willingness to learn and make decisions independently
  • Active US Security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one

What We Require:

  • Engineering background in fields like Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, and Physics
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and technical tools
  • Experience coding in programming languages like Java, C++, Python, JavaScript
