Sr. Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect to work with large enterprises in the Retail and CPG space, helping them become more data-driven.

The successful candidate will work with the Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for key accounts, leading to increased adoption of Databricks' products and ML & AI.

Responsibilities:

• Work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks
• Implement technical strategy in the account
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience working with large enterprises in Retail and CPG
• 4+ years of experience in pre-sales or supporting sales activity
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud
• Ability to drive business transformation through data
• 4+ years of experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java

Pay Range: $219,100-$301,300 USD
