Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Processing Operator to join our team at our factory in Bergen op Zoom. As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production lines, conducting quality control checks, performing cleaning tasks, resolving minor issues, and assisting the technical service department as needed. You will work in a 5-shift system, including weekends.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and controlling the process on your department
- Working with colleagues from other departments to achieve optimal results
- Identifying areas for improvement and taking the initiative to implement changes
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and assisting the technical service department when necessary
- Conducting cleaning tasks and ensuring your department remains tidy
To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to work hard. You should hold a completed operator training at MBO level 3 or 4 or be willing to pursue one. You will also need to be able to work independently and in a team, possess good social skills, be flexible, and be proactive.
