Field Application Engineer

We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer to provide onsite technical engagement for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI computing systems.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Providing onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions
• Solving complex hardware and deployment issues
• Acting as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products
• Establishing technical relationships with customer's engineers, management, and architects
• Identifying customer architectures and key product requirements
• Providing technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners
• Establishing strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry
• In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware
• Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
• Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment, networking knowledge (TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches, etc.), C/C++ and Python programming skills, and embedded Linux system knowledge are desirable.
