We are seeking an experienced Assistant Counter Manager to join our team at De Bijenkorf Utrecht. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
As an Assistant Counter Manager, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products. You will work closely with our Business Manager to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, including window displays and in-store promotions
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts
- Collaborating with the Business Manager to achieve sales targets and develop business plans
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they meet our high standards of service and product knowledge
