Description
We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to drive sales and marketing of Red Bull in the On Premise accounts in their assigned region. The successful candidate will lead a team of Musketeers, training, coaching, developing, and assessing them to secure a high-performing team.
The Regional On Premise Manager will develop the brand image in the on-premise, secure excellent and efficient area coverage by the Musketeers, and continuously improve the return on investments for Red Bull.
Responsibilities:
- Expand and live the Red Bull On Premise culture
- Manage the area and build relationships with key On Premise partners
- Analyze region and account-specific data to understand key business drivers
- Implement National & Regional Business Plans
- Guide, train, and lead Musketeers toward desired outcomes
- Ensure execution standards are met, including visibility, menu listings, and perfect serve
Requirements:
- 4+ years sales experience with a strong track record of success
- 2+ years of Management Experience in the On Premise beverage industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
