2nd Shift Service Technician

FUCHS is seeking a 2nd Shift Service Technician to join their team in Burlington, NC. The successful candidate will be part of the FUCHS Smart Services (FSS) team, providing world-class solutions to customers.

The role involves caring for and maintaining industrial fluids, including coolants, wash, and other fluids. Responsibilities include:

• Operating and performing routine preventive maintenance on lubrication and fluid decantation systems
• Inputting data daily and generating performance reports
• Handling materials, operating lift trucks, and moving drums and totes
• Making fluid corrections as needed based on testing results
• Following procedures and adhering to all customer and safety requirements
• Participating in daily communication meetings with site supervisor and communicating effectively

The position requires:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate the internet and email
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Previous forklift experience is desired
