As a Controls Software Engineer, you will develop and gather requirements for customer-interfacing features and technologies by working with a multi-functional team. You will translate requirements into control system designs to achieve program targets. You will design and validate control algorithms to meet functional, regulatory, safety requirements, and functional safety requirements (ISO 26262). You will develop and apply vehicle control system software validation test methods, tools, and processes to ensure system functionality and robustness. You will develop system plant models and HIL/SIL/MIL validation infrastructure to support vehicle program plans and quality objectives. You will troubleshoot vehicle system functional and diagnostic issues; resolve and validate corrective actions and preventive measures. You will lead control system project planning and program management to meet functional, quality, and timing objectives.
