Staff Product Manager, AI

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI to set the direction for how AI shows up across Webflow's platform. This role involves owning the multi-year strategy for the Agent Access area, spanning the Webflow AI Assistant, 3rd-party agents, Agent Instructions, and the platform underneath that powers it all.

Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces
• Make it all work as one, sequencing work so surfaces reinforce each other
• Set the standard for what 'good' means when products never behave the same way twice
• Serve developers and creators at the same time, balancing developer-grade surfaces and approachable assistants
• Drive alignment across Webflow, representing the agent area to leadership and navigating cross-functional disagreements
• Roll up your sleeves and build, prototyping ideas and shipping improvements
• Place durable, multi-year bets as the AI landscape shifts
• Raise the bar for the craft around you, setting reusable patterns and standards

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in AI-powered systems
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility
• Ability to set the bar for 'good' on non-deterministic products
• Experience serving two audiences at once, building both developer-grade tools and approachable products
• Enjoy the full craft of building software, being curious about every part of how products get made
• Lead through influence rather than authority, setting strategy and bringing teams along
• Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI to speed up work
