Description

We're looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor to join our team at Polestar. As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will provide technical support for orders and answer questions about our products and services. Your role will also involve helping customers after their purchase and providing a positive experience focused on loyalty.

You will work closely with the team to identify recurring customer questions and share them proactively to continuously improve our service. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to become a true Polestar expert.

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will work from our office three days a week and from home two days a week after the probation period.

We're looking for a customer-focused team player who enjoys premium service, efficiency, and sustainability. You should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of experience in customer service or a similar role, and strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English. You should also be proficient in MS Office and CRM systems and have an interest in sustainable mobility and the electric revolution.

You should be social, empathetic, and solution-oriented, flexible, stress-resistant, and accurate. You should be someone who gets energy from helping customers and a team player who can work independently and prioritize tasks.
