Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Benito Juarez, Mexico.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for improving customer service experience through the branch.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of executives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with existing regulations
• Analyse and improve branch performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress)
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• AMIB certification
• At least three years of experience in the financial sector
• Experience in retail, premier, or advance segments
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Team management and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to change and focus on results
